The Washington Renegades is a Division III rugby union football club, a member of the Potomac Rugby Union and USA Rugby. We provide a solid rugby and social experience for both seasoned players and newcomers to the sport. All are welcome to play for the Renegades. We are a diverse mix of people from the DC metropolitan area welcoming players regardless of sexual orientation, race, ethnicity or income. The Washington Renegades men's rugby team holds practice every Tuesday and Thursday at Stead Field (17th and P Sts., behind J.R.'s) from 6:45 to 8:45 p.m. and attract anywhere from 20-45 guys on a given night. New recruits are always welcome, no experience required. We'll teach you everything you need to know!

DCAC is a high-energy swim team and social club whose mission is to promote competitive and fitness swimming for lesbians & gays and their friends in a team-oriented, professionally-coached setting. Established in 1988, DCAC is dedicated to promoting the sport of swimming. All swimmers, regardless of sexual orientation, sex, race, color, religion, age, or national origin are invited and welcome to join. With close to 150 swimmers, DCAC ranks as one of the largest USMS teams in the Potomac Valley region, is one of the largest 50 teams in the U.S., and is one of the largest (primarily, but not exclusively) gay and lesbian teams in the world.
