Orienteering is an outdoor sport in which participants use a topographic map and compass to navigate to a series of checkpoints. Quantico Orienteering Club hosts orienteering events at venues throughout the Washington, D.C. metro area and surrounding counties. Events are designed to accommodate everyone, from beginners with no experience, to skilled competitive athletes, and welcome all races, genders, and sexual orientations.
