Team DC sponsored a Fashion Show featuring clothing and accessories from Universal Gear and the Leather Rack on Saturday, March 31, 2007 at Cobalt (17th and R Sts. NW). The event was sponsored by Cobalt, Universal Gear, the Leather Rack, and Peroni Beer.

Models from 10 different sport clubs wore swimsuits, clubwear, leather, and even underwear. Audience members were able to bid on clothing right off the models. The fun and crazy night was hosted by that mouthy Barbara Bush.  

Part of the proceeds from the night helped establish a college scholarship for a local gay or lesbian student-athlete. We believe that this is the first such scholarship offered and are excited to be able to give back to the community in such an important and meaningful way.  

Raffle prizes were donated by Cobalt, Bang Salon, and Results, the Gym. It was a night of Great Fashions, Hot Models, and a Good Cause.
