Start off at RCKNDY (1515 U St. NW) and purchase your wrist band and pick up your wine passport.  Take your wine passport to each of the participating stores, taste some wine, and get your passport stamped.  When you have all six (6) stamps, return your passport to RCKNDY and you will be entered in the drawing for the Opening Day tickets for the Nationals in their new home.

Several retailers along the 1500-1600 blocks of U Street NW are joining forces with some of the world's premier wineries to have an evening of wine and shopping to benefit Team DC. Part of the wine ticket proceeds and silent auction sales go to benefit the programs of this non-profit organization, including support of the “Nothing But Nets” anti-malaria program in Africa (www.NothingButNets.net) and a College Scholarship Program for LGBT students.

Tickets for the wine tasting will be sold at RCKNDY the night of the event for $20 per person. Guests will receive a wrist band that will enable them to go from store to store and sample the variety of wines. While sampling the wines, guests can also shop the latest fall fashions in apparel, art, home decor and gifts. Several of the retailers will be offering promotions and discounts for the evening’s guests.

Silent Auction
Additionally the Federal Triangles Soccer Club will be holding a silent auction on the sidewalk in front of RCKNDY to help raise money to send their star members to Buenos Aires for the International Gay & Lesbian Football Association World Cup! The first time a South American country has opened their doors to an international gay sporting event.

• No limit on how many times the guest goes back to the bar
• Guests can end their evening with a “Country & Latin Dance Night at Results The Gym,” including mini-classes in Two Step, Salsa & Rueda, and other Latin dances plus performances, “Dancing with the DC Stars” and “Dancing with the AC/DC Stars” (for same-gender dance couples) mini-dance competitions open to anyone, Two Step mini-lessons and general dancing and practice.
